This is another design I pinned to my Pinterest Board. Using reverse decoupage and a winter theme napkin you can create this lovely addition to your Christmas decor.
This project comes from the very talented Gail@purplehuesandme and is one of my very favourite projects for the holidays.
Not only does Gail give wonderful instructions, but she provides links to all the materials, including the cork twinkle lights.
